I was at a lost when I found out I had to review my father's Will. The quantity of language, coupled with ambiguous words made it difficult to decipher. To make matters worst, I didn't know what to do, or who to turn to? I found Jack online, and I figured I might as well message him. He called me within the hour, and talked to me about my situation. He wasn't about the money, but more about the service. And he gave me a fee I could work with. The next day I sent the document to him via email. He was able to decipher it within an hour, and ADD language that I never even knew existed. The best part? He answered all my questions. Now, I can rest every night knowing that the Will was written properly. I thanked Jack for all his hard work. I am going to recommend him to all my friend's and family, and of course I will be going through him in the future to hopefully set up a Trust. Thanks Jack. You made more than a client, but a friend. Your friend, Joseph

He offered his services, but I had already consulted with a different attorney and got all my questions answered. He apologized again and said if I ever needed anything again, to please don't hesitate to call and ask to speak to him directly. He was very sincere and pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have worked with Rick Eldridge since 2023, initially for consultation around visitation issues…read morethat arose after I was granted a three-year DVRO (which I handled pro per). I later retained Rick on a limited-scope basis for visitation and custody matters. Each time I have consulted or retained him, I have seen meaningful progress and outcomes in my favor. What sets Rick apart is not just his deep experience in family law, but his ability to explain how judges actually think and view cases from the other side. He consistently challenges me to see how my actions and filings will be perceived by the court, which has helped me avoid unintentionally sabotaging my own case. That insight into courtroom psychology and judicial reasoning has been invaluable. Rick doesn't just give legal advice -- he teaches you how to be strategic, credible, and effective in court. I've learned what I jokingly call "legal aikido" from him: how to stay grounded, measured, and focused on long-term outcomes even in emotionally charged situations. Through Rick's guidance, I've also learned radical acceptance -- how to work within the reality of the court system as it exists, not as I wish it were. He has helped me learn how to negotiate effectively in mediation, especially around safety-focused terms related to custody and visitation, so that agreements are practical, enforceable, and centered on protection and stability rather than reactive conflict. That skill alone has fundamentally changed how I approach my case. Because I continue to have access to Rick and his team for guidance, I feel supported while still being empowered to represent myself pro per. That balance -- being coached without being overrun -- has been incredibly important to me and my case. I am especially grateful to Angela Perry, Rick's legal assistant, for her kindness, empathy, and willingness to step in and help in the ways she can. Her humanity and professionalism have made a stressful legal process feel far more manageable. Deborah Eldridge also deserves recognition for being part of a team that genuinely operates with care and integrity. In an era of large corporate firms that often feel transactional, Rick and his team bring something rare: heart, wisdom, and genuine care for the people they represent. I never feel like just another case file. I feel like my outcomes actually matter to them. I highly recommend Rick Eldridge and his team to anyone navigating family court who wants experienced guidance, honest feedback, and attorneys who truly care about doing right by their clients.

I went searching for a lawyer with a reputation for fighting for Father's Rights, and I found Mr. Eldridge. He immediately set me on the right course. He helped me do everything right, and thanks to his hard efforts, I have successfully had and kept 50/50 Joint Custody of my children ever since. He gives great advice, yet also fully respects your decisions. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you for helping keep our family together, Rick.
