They completed roof replacement in one day, but they didn't complete the job (fascia repair) after 62 days of numerous broken promises (see text string below). I told them to not bother, and id get someone else to complete the job May 29 Me: Hi Nathan, do you know when your metal guys are coming out to replace the fascia on the east side? MVP: Let me check with them I thought it was done June 6 Me: Do you have an ETA from your metals guy yet? June 12 Me: Can you let me know if I need to find someone else to finish the job? MVP: I will have answer for you of what day they will be there today. I apologize we will get you squared away June 13 Me: Any update? MVP: They will be there Tuesday Me: Great, don't forget the fascia board that needs to be re-nailed on the north side MVP: Yes sir thank you for being patience we got behind June 17 MVP: Hey Steve guys will be there Thursday there at another job taking longer than expected June 19 Me: Tomorrow? June 21 Me: Please let me know when this will be done. I feel like you're waiting for me to just give up MVP: No sir my guys have lost there 40 ft ladder to do the job there getting a new one next week and we will have it completed June 26 Me: Assume they will be here tomorrow to finish up June 27 Me: Do you have an ETA?
