This business had a biannual service contract for a complex in Hickory, until they were fired for their onsite employee misconduct, and repeated callbacks. I needed my vinyl siding, gutters and eaves cleaned. I called HydroClean on a Thursday and left a voicemail. Come Tuesday the following I hadn't heard back. Now normally I never call a contractor or business such as this a 2nd time as I don't beg a company to take my business. However, I gave them a 2nd chance, called back, left voicemail and then they returned my call the next day. From then on everything was great - communication, work scheduled in a timely manner, and a quality job. It would have been 5 stars had I not had to call back initially. Top notch service ! Well priced and was done in timely manner . Had many black streaks running down my roof and thought would have to replace the shingles and turns out you can have it cleaned . Hydro clean had many videos I was able to view to see how they cleaned a roof and after watching called right away to get a free estimate . Found it to be a fair quote and also came with 5 year warranty. Booked a day to have it done , technicians showed at set time and worked respecfuly around my home.was worried the things they use might damage my plants around the house and they took extra care to move the ones they could and continually sprayed them with fresh water . I had an estimate done on 8/25 and scheduled the work to be done the week of 9/17. When I texted the sales rep that gave me the estimate on 9/22 and asked what happened he said I was on the schedule but that the storm must have put them off. A phone call letting me know that would have been nice but unfortunately I did not receive one. At 9am on Monday 9/24 I had not received any information so I again texted Leslie to let him know that I would be cancelling the service. He never responded to I texted again at 12:32 pm...no response so I called the office at 4:50 pm to ensure I was taken off of any schedule that I might have been on. The girl on the phone was nice enough but when I told her why I was cancelling she just said OK I'll take care of it...Worst customer service ever!!! read more
