Then he said they did not have a vehicle to come and get us. This was 11 o'clock at night and Speedy Transportation came through. I'm sure you can only imagine how wonderful a feeling that was for six adults and a 10-year-old at midnight at LAX. I will add the original company did not even know the next day the excuse that the driver gave! My husband and I recently went on another trip and of course called Speedy Transportation. Roland our driver, once again, was right on time picking us up at home and then again picking us up at the airport to bring us home last night. In speaking to him last night I also learned that he goes down to San Diego airport. We will definitely be requesting Roland and Speedy Transportation to take us where we need to go. I might also add the Limousine we originally hired to pick us up at LAX was the same price as speedy transportation. Five stars to This company for being there for us, on time, and the same price as a limousine.

I was blown away by Speedy Transportation Services!…read more Long story short, the company I had a reservation with stood us up at LAX after we searched for said shuttle service for 1.5 hours (after a delayed flight, and severe jet lag). We were so frustrated because we lugged around our luggage to 4 terminals searching for our original shuttle service. Because it was Monday at 2am on an "off season" week, there were NO other shuttles around. We must have looked lost because a driver from Speedy Shuttle Service approached us and offered to take us home. He was GREAT! So kind, and friendly. He got us home quickly and safely. I am so sad that we didn't catch his name, but thank you ! You turned our nightmarish night into a great one, despite all of our obstacles. I HIGHLY recommend using Speedy Transportation Services. We were so grateful for his

Pacific Town Car Service totally hits the sweet spot when you're looking for a ride to the airport or a night on the town. They are super prompt, they are friendly but aren't chatting your ear off, respect your privacy, drive like professionals, cars and clean and maintained, and the price isn't going to kill your wallet. I don't usually give 5-stars to stuff like this but when you are depending on a company to get you somewhere safe, on-time and they always deliver they deserve the accolades. Bottom line... If i'm footing the bill for car service I wouldn't use anyone else.
