There we decided on a high quality durable engineered hardwood that would beautifully suit our home. Next she came to our home, took exact measurements, gave us a final quote, and promptly got us on the schedule. Within no time she had a professional team there removing our existing outdated hardwood floors and preparing for the installers to come. The following week Ray and Bernie began the installation. These guys are true professionals! They clearly communicated issues they encountered with our subfloor, how they would remedy them, and the timeline to expect each room to be finished. Overall the quality is unmatched, we're very happy with the finished results, and would highly recommend LG Kramer!

We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new. So thankful for Gianna's warm heart and the amazing crews they have helping their clients.
