I called Ivan to ask what pump he installed in the car, I was told "our universal turbo car 340lph pump". This is bone stock legacy with a 2.0 engine. Needless to say the fuel overloaded the factory regulators like they weren't there and despite going into limp mode the ecu couldn't save it and the fuel washed the rings. The oil pan is full of gas and the car is hurt. I didnt have the car a full 24 hours and its seriously injured. Why they decided a 340 lph fuel pump was smart instead of looking at the factory regulator specs is beyond me. These cars are totally over whelmed at anything past 255lph. The fuel returns cannot flow it. So a simple fuel pump job has taken my otherwise pristine JDM legacy off the road and left me walking.

Valvoline replaced on the main battery and failed to strap it back down where it sits under the passenger seat. That's how Haynie's found it. So this cause out Durango to not start properly due to not having the auxiliary battery. I called Haynie's garage and a really nice guy answered and when I explained what I needed he went into all this detail what that auxiliary battery does. I had no clue. Found out I was talking the owner Chris. Super nice and absolutely knowledgeable. They close at 5:30pm and I got there at 4pm for the battery and to have my oil changed. No problem. I didn't ask for the oil change til I arrived and he said he had literally just used the last oil filter on a Jeep but would get one right over and was apologetic. That was absolutely fine with me and I didn't mind waiting. Chris also told me that he found my battery was not strapped down from Valvoline. This garage is off a dirt road since he moved to this newer location. His shop is sits off the road but it's still easy to find with a GPS. It's worth the trip. Haynie's Garage is absolutely awesome. We made the trip from Austin to make the purchase and it was worth the extra miles traveled. I contacted the dealer on Sunday via text and by early Monday morning Grant was promptly replying to my requests. Mid-morning on Monday the deal was complete and finance paperwork filled out. We let Grant know we would be there Friday morning to pick up the vehicle and Grant made the claim we would be in and out within 30-45 minutes... and he was not kidding! The vehicle was ready to go (and plated) and already warm for our final test drive before signing the finance paperwork. Not once did Grant over promise and under deliver. It was so refreshing. He was 100% honest, fair and transparent through the whole transaction. Casey in finance was very easy to work with, and there was no high pressure sales of add-ons in the finance department. Almost all of our paperwork was electronic which made the process a breeze. I cannot compliment the whole team enough! They clearly value the customer experience and they nailed it.
