Meet the Business Owner: Tara W.
A Winnipeg resident for over 12 years, Tara founded Muttley's Pet Center in 2017 as a way to combine her passion for animals and the environment with her entrepreneurial spirit.
Tara's love for animals started as a child. Growing up, she had fish, hamsters, birds, a cat and a dog which she cared for.
As an adult, Tara worked in a veterinary clinic and gained valuable knowledge on caring for animal's and keeping them safe and healthy.
Her free time is spent outdoors or with friends. Whether walking her dogs in the park, taking a bike ride with friends, or checking out the latest developments at the zoo, she enjoys staying active and exploring her city. She also enjoys a good move or sitting down with a great book.
Tara is the backbone of Muttley's Pet Center and runs our main location where we offer dog daycare, dog boarding, pet sitting and drop-in visits.
If you see them out and about, stop by, say hi and introduce yourself!
