She had not been drinking and passed the polices sobriety test 3 times, but they took her license and impounded her car. She had barely enough money to live on a could not afford a lawyer. He overheard me telling my hairdresser about it and took her case for free. DMV gave my daughter back her License back as she proved no alcohol was in her, but the DA still took her to court.
