I am not sure what Mr. Barone's definition of "working on my case" means, but he did not deliver what was insinuated. Mr Barone collected my $250 over 4 months ago and I never heard boo from him, until he sent a time sensitive letter to my wrong address, dated April 18, 2019., where I do not receive mail. Thankfully, my husband and I recently visited our part time residence in Redding, CA and found this letter in a pile of mail waiting for us. Mr. Barone did not attempt to call, email, or send a letter to my primary residence in WA, for which I had informed him was the way to be in communication with me. The letter states that I have 60 days to pay the citation and traffic school fine, and that the officer had been trained in the use of radar, and that it was working properly. Mr. Barone's letter had NO information as to who and where to send the citation fee, and I had to call him to get the address and information, for which he was rude and said he didn't have time to talk to me. It is disturbing to me that this is just common business practice for this attorney, Mr. Barone to make an easy $250. by not properly representing his clients, alluding to the fact that in most cases, he is able to get a citation removed off a driving record, then collects the money from his clients, saying he will "begin working on your case", then you don't hear from him for months, and finally sends a letter to the wrong address, stating you have 60 days to respond and pay hundreds of dollars more..

She had not been drinking and passed the polices sobriety test 3 times, but they took her license and impounded her car. She had barely enough money to live on a could not afford a lawyer. He overheard me telling my hairdresser about it and took her case for free. DMV gave my daughter back her License back as she proved no alcohol was in her, but the DA still took her to court. He was able to get her off with a wet and reckless charge, even though she was innocent. But it was all wr could do, we could not afford to take Tehama County on. We were very grateful to Mr. Miller. It still cost my daughter about $1,000 for Court costs and impoundment fees. The officer who arrested her at the time of her arrest that Tehama County had their own laws. I believe it now.
