He said he would be at our house within an hour and was then 2 hours late. Gave us our estimate, we were happy with the price, and said he would be back between 6-8am the following day. That night he pocket dialed our house multiple times at 1am. I got up and was ready by 545am for his potential arrival. It wasnt until 11am someone named Sara called to say he was late but would definitely be by before 1pm. We waited, multiple phone calls later, with no answer, he never showed up. We are so disappointed in a fellow veteran for such lack of care to make a phone call or answer the phone. My breaker panel smells like electrical burn, there are scorch marks coming from the main breaker and this man told us to put a smoke alarm next to it and wait for him. Then he never showed up. Very disappointed. Do NOT reccomend.

I have had issues with this Generac generator ever since the install…read more The first review was because the only repair tech. had family issues and they could not even give me a date as to when someone might show up to help repair the unit. I called a company that Generac listed as a better company and that is really a business in the state and not just claiming to be local. Still having issues and no help the other company came out andf after getting a bill for what was supposed to be a warranty repair. I paid for a 10 year extended warranty that covers parts labor and travel I received a invoice for 200 dollars which included 1.5 hours of travel. After finally getting Generac involved again the company advised that the reason it was not covered under the warranty is because this issue should have been caught and fixed in the initial installation. I once again am going to have to deal with a system that is not working properly because A Plus not only screwed up the install they could not get out here to fix their problem. Now I have to go after them for costing me to bring out someone to fix their screw up.
