Quality/Quantity - Cool fort looking museum. Sorry, I am missing pictures. Also, see below. Ambiance - Huge location. I think 3 buildings that are connected by bridges which is very cool. Sorry, I guess the pictures did not get uploaded...? A great outdoor space, so many kids on field trips. Book store. Restaurant. Events; see their website. Clean bathrooms. Service - Self service. Price - Family rate = 18 Euros ($21 US) for two adults and 1-5 kids. 11 Euros ($13 US) for single adults or adults with NO kids. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success.

This is another must-see historical site to see when you are in Marseille. Unfortunately, due to…read morethe time constraints, we were not able to purchase a ticket and go up on top to walk across for a spectacular view of Marseille. Inside this contemporary museum, I understand it really shows off the beauty of European and Mediterranean culture. As astounding as all the displays are, one thing visitors should be aware of is the museum's photography policy. They have strict restrictions on photography, which they take very seriously, so adhere to the strict rule during your visit or risk losing your phone or camera. Very close to the waterfront and a great place to tour inside as well as the outside for stunning visuals. As for ticket prices, I cannot comment on those since my husband handled all of our reservations and admissions throughout the trip.

Less stress and pressure as we were able to take our time. So much history here and what a difference between the North and South of Marseille. If you are following, I believe we hit all the highlights; so see all my other reviews and more importantly all my pictures. Some of the main attractions are: Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garde, Old Port, Palais Longchamp, La Major Cathedral, Vallon des Auffes, and of course shopping. Some attractions that we did not do: Château d'if, Calanques National Park, Radiant City Le Corbusier, and Orange Vélodrome. Population - 1.65m. Area - 241km. Ambiance - See above Main harbor port for France. But now it is also a tourist attraction. Especially with so many cruise ships now stopping here. It is a main cruise port in the Mediterranean. Service - Overall good. Price - Depends on what you do, eat, or drink. We experienced fast casual and Michelin Star restaurants, but you know that because you are following. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since forever.

Once u reach the top, very nice what more can be said really? the views are amazing, u can see the entire city from up there. As for the Basilica itself, it's very cool with plenty of mosaics designs & column's, inside the candles provide some light to the dimly lit interior. This was a great stop & for sure worth checking out, even if just for the outside views.

Too bad for my wife and I because the day we planned to do this, I booked last second reservations at Une Table au Sud, a Michelin Star restaurant; see my other Yelp review. Anyway, I hope my pictures do this place justice. Enjoy; better yet, go visit. Another plus was that we got our Marseille soap here which saved us a trip. 6 Euros for a pack of 4. We bought a few packs... BTW, this is the same price as if we went to the parent store. Ambiance - See my pictures. Pay toilets, I think 1 Euro. They accept credit cards. Restaurant available. Gift shop. Service - Self service. Price - Free, unless you need to use the toilets. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success and history.
