Surely you did and do realize they severely compromise my ability to find another physician? Was it CYOA, 'I'll show you' or just plain 'how dare you question me?'? You know there are things called ethics, professionalism, truth and the hippocratic oath? As I find you sorely lacking. I attached St. Luke's policy on addressing errors in notes. You erred. I was ready to just drop the whole matter until I read your scathing and yes, fictitious notes on my last visit when I had the nerve to question you. You simply dismissed me and my older brother. Cut me off, refusing to listen to my concerns, told me to find another physician and left the room not unlike a petulant child. Contrary to hospital/corporate policy I might add. So, I ask myself, "What do I do about it?" I find myself asking not only myself but several entities. I intend to pursue this matter further.

I am impressed that he stays on top of every detail of his patients' healthcare, keeping in touch throughout to ensure they are getting the best care possible. The rest of the staff at Tamaqua Primary care excell at their jobs too, very efficient, caring and helpful. My family and I appreciate having the services of this fine medical facility so close to home.

I feel very fortunate to be under her care. The office is located right across the street from the dollar store. There is a plethora of St Luke's in my new area. The office is down a hill off of Catawissa St and there is plenty of ample parking. I was so excited to get an appointment with Dr Perilli. Honestly it was like meeting with a friend. She was so warm, concerned, respectful and kind. I was so impressed with her staff as well. The nurse assistants were kind and helpful. We discussed my recent hospitalization in depth and my 2nd bonus ER visit too. She wanted me to tell her the whole story and I was happy to. She was engaged in listening to me and I was not rushed. I'll be following up in about a week with a specialist and I'll go back to see Dr Perilli in 3 months. I love this dr! It sounds weird saying this but I'm looking forward to seeing her again, especially because I've had more than my share of emergencies, tests, and drs.

The nurses told the nurse the cathider wouldnt fit but she tried to force it anyways. my child was screaming and there was a small amount of blood. we made them stop. My daughters privates was swollen and bruised for days. Due to this the office got mad that we made them stop and the refused to see my children. Now because of them i have an insurance that I cannot use and a sick eight month old child. The refuse to see my children even at the ER.

I came to this location for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, checked in at the automated kiosk and sat for…read more20 minutes, while 4 people walked in the door and up to the check in desk and were checked in. Myself and another patient were waiting to check in and no one called us. I walked up the check in counter where there were two works with no patients and said "I signed in on the mobile kiosk is that no longer the procedure for checking in?" To which the secretary replied that is how it is supposed to be. I said you are literally encouraging this. Then the women who was here waiting with me walked over and the other registrar stated she had called her name already. Neither of us had heard them call anyone because they were checking in everyone else as they walked in without them signing in to the kiosk line. I understand that there may be some individuals unable to use the kiosk but I waited an hour for an APPOINTMENT, while everyone else came and left in that time. What is the purpose of following protocols and procedures, when patients who do not are rewarded with shorter waits and quicker service. In addition, several patients entered this establishment with covid symptoms and complaint of thinking they had covid with masks inappropriately applied touching all of the surfaces and not once did a staff member come out to sanitize any of the surfaces. In light of recent increases in illness and deaths related to covid 19, you all need to do better!
