They didn't charge us much for the new tires and came back to us before we expected the job to be done, telling us that the wheels were already in the trunk of our SUV. Once they didn't even charge us on replacing a valve stem on a UTV tire (but that was after we had already had some work done with them so don't go asking for free work...). The staff there were helpful and jovial (rascally actually), a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Stay away from Hap's Place RV Repairs & Restorations near Rama…read more We took our tent trailer there to fix the crank. Not only were they very expensive (compared to Brighten RV), when we got it back, things that had been working, no longer were - built in fridge, heater, dining table etc. The floor was covered in dirty footprints, tools left on a shelf and a myriad of other issues. We're pretty sure, that as it was an older trailer, that they wanted it for parts (it had a hard top that is very hard to find as no longer manufactured) and were ticked that we wanted it back. But for them to keep it they'd charge over $700 for 'disposal' fees. They made it very difficult to get out of their yard as they'd partially blocked our exit route even though they knew when we were coming for p/u. A few weeks later, the crank stopped working again. When I called them, they asked for photos which we sent them. Then told us the clear photos were not good enough and we'd have to bring it back, which wasn't possible as hubs was unable to driver due to an injury and I've never towed a trailer. (Our daughter drove it home). They refused to let us drop it off on a Saturday (Closed) which was the only day our daughter had available as she was working full time. They then started yelling at me.
