They knew it would seriously impact my driving safety, also that this is what cracked my windshield in the first place. As soon as I used the wipers my windshield cracked again. I called, went in, they were rude, admitted they knew all about this issue with VW Jettas and would not stand behind their work or even admit that they should have mentioned the broken wiper when they saw it. They didn't care that I let them know I would never use their services again. Ladies, don't wear your nice clothes, the place is dirty and there's no place to sit. Zero pride of workmanship here.
