The place was super packed, there were so many folks in there trying to get rid of stuff, kind of sad. I stood by a counter to get some info for something i wanted but nobody recognized me or said will be with you in a minute! There was four folks working there and i wanted to buy something. Well i waited five minutes and went over to where the employees we working and the still ignored me. so I did the best thing i could left and made this review. The best they would do was $1350 out the door ( I did not have that much cash anyway), so I declined and left. After thinking about it for several days decided to take the enough cash and pay the $1350 if I had to. I returned with cash in hand ready to close the deal. Simple, right? The crew was different than last week but the gun was still there. I offered the $1300 and was told that the best they could do was $100 off the price tag, PLUS tax! I said that we had negotiated to $1350 just last week and I was willing to do that still. There was much scrambling around. "Talked to the owner, talked to the manager, the owner was not there, the owner was there", etc. When it was all said and done they would not honor the price they offered last week. The manager was quite rude about the whole thing, although the employees were nice all along. Bottom line is I drove out of my way with cash in hand ready to close a deal. I was treated rudely and offered a worse deal than before, then treated quite indifferently. Both visits had employees going in the back to ask the boss, but no boss (if one was there) ever had the common decency to talk to me in person concerning a rather expensive item. While I have always enjoyed my visits to the Money Man and many gun shops in the area, I will never walk into Gene's again. Done.

My girls (11 y.o. & 8 y.o.) have learned so much. Lance, the guitar instructor, has done an amazing job. He teaches them the basics and I am most impressed with my daughters' ability to read music. Not guitar tablature, but music notes. Lance takes time with each girl and helps them with there individual needs. He gives you an update on their progress with every lesson and what they should do to improve. Best of all, he makes it fun. My girls can not wait for guitar lessons every week. For them to stay focused on anything for this long is amazing. The instructors teach multiple instruments. They do their best to accommodate lessons to your schedule (same time each week). They don't have many slots for lessons. Thinking about getting ukulele lessons for myself. Highly recommend.
