One becomes accustomed to the timing of service, a.k.a. length of time to be served, and in between courses. Food looked great, generous portions; taste was OK. It's only been around for a year or two. I was shocked to see there was no Yelp reviews on this place, yet. Service - fully professional. Great service. I've never ordered something here that they were out of (common at some local places here). Drinks - this is a real bar. All the well known brands, many cocktails on the menu. Several cocktails you've maybe never heard of. If they don't have it, they'll try to make you happy. I was impressed that their margarita was basically a true skinny, no sugar at all. Just Quervo, triple sec, calamansi lime juice. But, this bar, like most in the Philippines, serves a cocktail with almost no ice in a martini sized glass. Food - nice menu - the sizzling sisig is fantastic. I was expecting more from the more expensive sizzling beef on a previous visit, but it was not even close to the quality of the sisig. My cast iron plate was hot enough to fully cook the egg on my sisig plate. It really was excellent. Karaoke - this is pretty typical locally to have a midi videoke machine. These are not sweet backing tracks. But, it's a good system with a wide selection. I have several favorite places in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. But, Spindrift has become my true number one favorite.
