I bought a pedal from this store that arrived with an intermittent functional issue. After proper troubleshooting to rule out cables, power, and setup, I sent the store a video clearly showing the defect about 18 days after delivery. Despite the clear evidence, the initial response was simply that the issue was "outside policy," and no help was offered. It took repeated follow-ups from me, across different platforms, before the store finally approved a very small partial refund. At no point did they meaningfully acknowledge responsibility for selling a pedal that wasn't fully functional. I'm leaving this review so other buyers understand how issues are handled here. This place has absolutely no customer, from the Sales people to the Sales Manager. I was was treated like I wasn't good enough to be in their store, the selection was very small!! The Sales Manager (Jason) was to busy trying to pick up on some young college girls, to help me with a complete drumkit. That I was Ì was going to purchase in full and then let my brother come pick out the perfect set that felt right for him So needless to say he lost my business and EVERYONE I know!!! read more

Great used musical instruments and accessories and some new at fair prices. Like many Preowned stores, this is a franchise. The people are knowledgeable and the prices good. They have a large and useful selection but like any used store, inventory changes regularly. Trade credit is always worth more than a cash offer. My son wants to start playing guitar and I was hoping to get something affordable. A friend of mine, who is a musician, recommended this store to purchase gently used instruments. We visited the website to see their inventory, and my son was interested in a couple. My friend played those guitars to test them and he approved! I got my son the guitar he wanted and surprised him on his birthday! I have the feeling we'll visit the store soon. Service was good and efficient. These guys are scammers. They listed a guitar as EXCELLENT LIKE NEW and told me in messages prior to purchase that is has zero issues not even scratches. Guitar arrived with the nut lifted up 1/16 an inch with a credit card cut and super glued under the nut with super glued finger prints all over the body of the guitars finish. They refunded $100 as I said I'll need a nut and setup. They gave me $100 off then the guitar shop I took it to found the credit card under the nut and the horrible job on it. They also found the locking tuners were missing the locking clamp and did not lock. They also found that the neck was twisted and body was warped and could not be setup properly. This store denied refunding me and sent a message stating that it's just personal preference and common practice to put a business card or debit card under a nut to raise it up and said that there isn't anything wrong with that. The WRONG is you selling me this piece of junk without disclosing that and then you tried fo wash your hands of it by denying a refund. It wasn't until I theatened to post on my business page with 15,000 followers when they immediately issued a refund. I have shipped it back today. I better get my money back for this junk. Giving 3 stars because I purchased a piece of equipment that wasn't the exact right size, returned to exchange for the correct item, and they would only give me store credit instead of $3 cash for the price difference. Music Go Round. Its always a crap shoot dealing with this place. They have Beavis and Butthead running the place. If its close to closing time then forget it. They are ready to go, and you cant get service. At times I have got good deals here buying stuff. Other times I get ignored. The new location is nice and has plenty of parking, and lots of stuff inside. The service level just needs help. Great alternative to local pawn shops. Got a guitar there for my son last year. Had some pickup issues about three weeks later, and they fixed it pretty quick for no charge. LOTS of inventory. They are OK with you trying stuff out. Usually not packed on a Saturday like guitar center, so you can here yourself if you are trying something out. read more
