It was breathtaking. We saw a van Gogh exhibit similar to this one in Las Vegas, but the Picasso presentation was superior. On the third floor was a wonderful display from various artists which incorporated the patrons looking at the art. Very cool. I almost liked the third floor better than anything. It was magnificent. There's a little art studio up there for people to experiment and play which also has the coolest matchbox collection I've ever seen. This is a true gem. We can't wait to return.

This is when all the buds are blooming and the garden has its full potential. This is a great place for photos, a chance to look at unique flowers, or even a place just to clear your mind. My favorite part about the gardens is how many butterflies there are here. There are groups of butterflies that flock to the flowers and allow you to admire them (even up close!), which is so cool. Admission to the gardens is free, but there is an indoor exhibit that runs either $3 or $5 dollars. Try stopping by next time you're close!

Wonderful options at reasonable prices. The Wrap It Up holiday event is always a delight. The atmosphere is nice but not stuffy. Ok, I'm biased on the theater part -- I've seen numerous shows, been in some productions, and my kiddo participated in youth theater for years. And, I've NEVER been disappointed. The MAC goes for both "traditional" theater as well as cutting-edge productions. The directors work with local talent to help them grow into the best artists they can be at that moment in time. I'm continually impressed by the high quality of performances. Especially when I remember that the cast and crews are volunteers! I'm saddened to read James M's experience and I hope he talked with the MAC management about what happened. I found from personal experience the staff to be inclusive and respectful, and to be very receptive when there's a problem. My two cents -- great community art center!

Eric R. and I came to the tour and got a tour around the farm, saw the cows and calves, the milking area, and the processing plant. We then got to sample the flavored milks: strawberry, root beer, and chocolate, plus ice cream made from the fresh milk. Then we came back into the entry/store and watched Chef Alli prepare some dishes in pressure cookers for us. We were given recipes and little cutting boards to take home. The store sells all of the milks, some local cheese, and meat from the male cows on the farm. The price is cheaper but does require driving all the way out there on gravel roads first. We definitely enjoyed learning how the glass bottles are washed that we return to the grocery store, and seeing that milk goes from cow to bottle in under a day. It definitely made us appreciate how much work goes into the production of fresh milk, and I am happy to support this local dairy (which distributes statewide)!
