She is fun and sweet and easy to chat to for 3 hours while sipping wine and getting my hair done. Also got a Brazilian wax. Kacey is SO good. She gets all up in your business, but in a good way. Melanie answered and was a complete sweetheart and said it'd be okay (she saved me from stressing over a loss of a prom hair appointment and trust me, I was freaking out!). I got there around 2:50 and I was done by 3:15 (I have very thick hair and wanted a updo). She worked fast and efficient while still conversing with me on a personal level. She finished at such a perfect time because I needed to be in my dress and out of there by 3:30. They were so kind to even let me change there!!! Melanie is great, I will definatly recommend her to anyone. She's super considerate, sweet and really knows how to style hair based off of my finished hairdo. My prom day was successful, thank you! Lucy was super fun and helped us with special things to do in the Austin area. Then Meg and her hubby stopped by the salon and served us beer and margaritas( rarely do salons in our area serve alcohol) and more suggestions for our trip. I bought some beautiful hand painted insulated wine glasses made by Meg's sister and some fun beer koozies made by Meg were gifted to us. I've never had so much fun while my husband gets a haircut.And yes, hubby looked like Telly Savalas without a lollipop when finished. (You have to be over 60 years old to understand). I was not informed each application of conditioner applied I was being charged. The price was horrible.($211), not good.
