I'm a young adult and this was my first time getting estimates for my car. While other auto body repair shops seemed as if they wanted to take advantage of me, David made me feel completely comfortable and answered all my questions, even calling me every day for an update on where he was at with the repair. I initially met Mike and he did a thorough exam of my car along with photos. He worked up the estimate (6,200$) and said it would take about 21 days. I couldn't get it in for a couple weeks. I dropped it off the morning of my appt. He called every few days to keep me updated on the progress. I also received texts with updates when it went from body to paint and estimated completion date. They finished up a couple days later than promised but due to the holidays (my appt drop off was Dec 21), and weather, it was understandable. Once I picked it up he took me to my car and summarized the repairs. And as a final touch, they washed the car prior to pickup. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and professional as well. They are first rate!!
