Even into her early nineties, while taking care of our dad, she cooked, even though she herself wasn't well. Towards the end as her energy waned, her cooking never suffered but the cleaning did. When she passed away, we knew we'd have to host condolence callers and family. With so many other tasks to tackle following Mom's death, my sister and I knew we'd need help with the house. Best Friends Cleaning came to our rescue, fastidiously cleaning not just Mom's beloved much-used kitchen, but the living room, dining room, and a bathroom and family room on a lower level. The crew was friendly, pleasant, prompt, and worked the entire time they were at the house. And boy, do those ladies know how to clean! In just a little over two hours, the place was sparkling. And, by the way, theirs was the lowest bid. Highly recommend!

They did an especially great job in the bathroom and the kitchen, and my house is spic and span now! I looked up other cleaning services and they were $300, but this one was 145+ tip so it was a deal. they came all the way from Chicago to the suburbs, which was really nice. Approximately a year ago I contracted GTSpotless to clean my condo unit through Angie's List. A down payment was required of $200 which I paid because that seemed to be the norm with all cleaning companies when you are a new customer. This review is for those of you who have not used this company to beware of their practices to not comply and especially after speaking and corresponding with George and Tiara. He then asked me to remove the mention of a refund from my review because other people might try to take advantage, and to please take down the photos because it's hard to run a small business. Though he acknowledged "I know it's too much to ask," it's totally inappropriate. I told him that it's unethical and against Yelp's terms of service to ask a customer to remove factual information from a review, and that it's not my responsibility to manage his company's reputation or what other people might do based on an honest review. Going back to two stars for these inappropriate tactics.

Our experience was an 11 out of 10!…read more They did an amazing job on our house and we couldn't be happier. The difference is in the details. The previously neglected areas of our house was left sparkling. We've had our house cleaned around eight (8) different times (before CleaningDash cleaned our house today), and we have been unhappy every single time. We have a large house (for Chicago) and every cleaning company seems to have disclaimers about how to prep one's house ahead of the cleaning. CleaningDash did have similar disclaimers, but at the end of the cleaning the disclaimers did not matter. Our house is now cleaner than it has ever been. At one point in the past, we even paid for two (2) cleaners to double-team our house, and their work product was disappointing compared to CleaningDash. Our cleaning service worked tirelessly to make sure our house was as clean as possible. CleaningDash's cleaning service was so far beyond every other cleaning service we have hired in the past, I know we won't be able to go to another cleaning service after this exception experience- it would be a waste of our time, and a waste of our energy. We are so happy with the service we received from CleaningDash, I don't even know what to say other than we will be a repeat customer, and I will share the company's information with other people in hopes of driving more business to CleaningDash! Highly recommended!!!

They only supply the labor for $140/ 6 hours. Danuta recommended 1 cleaner for 6 hours, but since this was the first cleaning and our house is 2 stories (3 bedrooms / 3.5 bath), we asked for 2 cleaners for 6 hours. The 2 woman that arrived were cordial, but neither spoke English which made communication difficult (Ukranian & Polish). After 6 hours, they didn't get to all rooms and missed some spots where they did clean. I called Danuta, but did not get a return call.
