He makes up his mind without knowing the facts. Don't waste your time of him. Get another lawyer. Steven said he represents the trust, but in reality, my 50% brother Jake Bonifacio, is the one who hired him (with the money from the trust) so he represents Jake. He had a bad ego problem, when things don't go out the way he wants, he'l ignore you, block your number, and talk to you in a disrespectful tone. He said to me "If you go against it, that's more money in my pocket, and no money in the pocket you already have!" He said that over the phone, which was completely unprofessional. I have actually reported him to the State of California Bar (or whatever you call it.) I suggest if he gives you guys issues as well, you report him too! He should not get away with this. His employee Christian is just as bad because he says Steven will get back to me, and never gets back to me. Basically, he does not fulfill his fiduciary duties, nor does my provided an accounting of where the money has been going the past 5 years. There is so much money missing from the trust that him and my 50% brother have not PROVIDED any accounting for of those funds the past 5 years now. They have my current address, but did not send the hearing date to my current address, but instead to my previous address, which I never received. I only received 10% of what I was supposed to receive overall.

This is a LONG over due review! Where do I even begin??!…read more My then 5 year old made a comment to the after school teachers, and instead of asking me about, they reported to DCFS immediately. CPS said they had nothing to go off of and were going to close the investigation, but I found them making daily requests and I was jumping through hoops left and right. They kept telling me it was protocol, but it felt like things were escalating. The last day of their 30 day investigation, I got a text message that they are taking us to court in 48 hours. Every parents worst nightmare. I immediately started calling attorneys and seeing what my options were, knowing that I couldn't step into a courtroom without one. I called Kyle Puro and he promptly answered his phone, even though it was outside of his normal business hours. He let me tell him the whole story and said that he would move things around, and be there in court. And he was. He was extremely knowledgeable with DCFS and how things work.
