We are ABSOLUTE beginners so we appreciated every single information they gave us even if others may find it obvious or common sense. To future pianists (or if you already are one) looking for a good pre-owned piano in Cali, they definitely get a 5 stars from me. The owners, Andrew & Bryan, without a doubt have a deep respect for the art of pianos shown by their skill (they played inside our house during the testing), care/reconditioning (the pre-owned pianos go through a thorough check by them which includes tuning and cleaning so you don't have to go through the hassle. I sent them pictures which weren't clear so they said they would come out to see my piano in person to give a better, more accurate quote. Aimee communicated with me through email and she was very responsive. Shawn came out to my house to review the piano. Shawn is very knowledgeable and pleasant person to work with. We're moving this Friday and he said that there wasn't enough time to fix the wheel. But he gave us directions on what we could do and gave us instructions on how to do the repair. He referred us to sites we can get our replacement parts as well as tips on how to fix our piano.
