I sent them pictures which weren't clear so they said they would come out to see my piano in person to give a better, more accurate quote. Aimee communicated with me through email and she was very responsive. Shawn came out to my house to review the piano. Shawn is very knowledgeable and pleasant person to work with. We're moving this Friday and he said that there wasn't enough time to fix the wheel. But he gave us directions on what we could do and gave us instructions on how to do the repair. He referred us to sites we can get our replacement parts as well as tips on how to fix our piano.
