Waited a week and a half for an appointment. I had a lot of play in my steering so I asked them if…read morethey could sort it. I expect diagnosing and sorting this would normally take two hours, but they had my car for two days, so I had to take the second day off work. The gentleman said he was going to diagnose the issue and sort it. I expected it could be the steering rack inner joint as it was an advisory on previous MOT, but they changed the outer joint and my drivers side suspension arm, which was perfectly fine. The gentleman said it was all sorted, the steering is great. Get car back and its exactly the same, play in steering wheel. Didn't do a wheel alignment, which would have been the cheapest and best place to start, no diagnostic fee charged, so noone diagnosed anything they just did a few things, hoping they would work. Labour is £60 an hour. Wouldn't go back here if someone paid me
