Zero stars. I bought a discovery and within about couple of miles of driving from the dealership warning lights for faults in the car was displayed. Returned the car within 2 days for repair work. Car was with dealer for almost 2 months. Car was returned with part repair work completed and more faults identified in specialist report. 2 Courtesy cars given during that time, one was very small and very low power for a family car and other in a very unhygienic state. Two parking tickets were stamped on me without proper evidence. When asked for clarification and to give feedback of the service I was verbally assaulted with swear words and threats to throw me out of the dealership by the owner. I was left traumatised for a number of days. I had to file a police complaint. I had to take the help of the financer to return the car back to the dealer. I have lost £4.4k of my hard earned money in the deal with all kinds of allegations of damage to the car due to the return. I have now raised the matter with Ombudsman. What goes round comes round. Beware of your actions today, tomorrow is coming.

if I could leave 0 stars I would, I'm so annoyed, So I'll try and make a long story short, I spent…read more£12k on a 2020 Citroen Dispatch van from Penybanc car centre Ammanford to find out it had numerous electrical and mechanical problems, I emailed Penybanc and it was booked into NG Carworx Ltd Ammanford to have the problems sorted under warranty, the van went in for 2 days, I got the van back and only one of the 8 problems was fixed, NG Motorworx assured me everything bar on item was fixed, I put it in writing (e.mail) to NG carworx that numerous items hadn't been fixed and heard nothing back, I also put it in writing to Penybanc car sales (e.mail) and heard nothing back. Then I phoned penybanc and got excuses why no one replied, next they booked the van into Bassetts Citroen in Carmarthen, penybanc wanted me to help pay for it, I said no way, anyway it went in under warranty for nearly three weeks, I got the van back from penybanc, they said everything was fixed, but only one item was fixed again, Just been to my local garage and there are error codes on the van that they say were either not looked at or penybanc told them not to fix possibly because of cost, either way I still have a van with problems, penybanc executive is now getting funny with me saying book it into my local garage then, & pay for the work to be done, and they will refund me...I can see what will happen there, they themselves should be sorting it out, I've lost all trust and faith in penybanc car sales and the sales executive there now. Think twice before you buy a vehicle from Penybanc because once they have your money that's it, there's definitely no AA Dealer Promise with these guys.

He lied about when the work was being started on the crap car they sold me. Upon asking him what was being done to my car and by whom, he became rude and defensive telling me I shouldn't even be asking that question! Eventually he told me their dodgy mechanic was going to remove my gearbox to place a refurbished one bearing in mind its an automatic and this little boy is not an automatic gearbox specialist! He made me cancel my MOT whilst my car took over a month to get fixed because he said "don't worry we'll sort that for you" but hasn't bothered to get that sorted for me. He gave me a courtesy car with NO TAX OR MOT which we then had to sort out for him after a few weeks of driving it illegally. Through this whole process he belittled me and spoke to me sarcastically as if i was a piece of sh*t under his shoe. Being pregnant with ASD this was extremely distressing for me. Even after explaining my situation and diagnosis with him he still continued to treat me with utter disrespect. I quote - "30 years of business" but still not a sense of intelligence in that little man's brain. I have ASD but still more social skills than that useless !@#£

The Carstore Wales are the best car dealers I have ever dealt with! When the car I bought from…read morethem (Mazda6) was found to be burning excessive oil and needed new piston rings and a new O2 sensor, they repaired the car with no quibbles. They spent a lot of money getting the car to the standard expected and whilst diagnosing they ended up removing the intake manifold to clean the PVC sensor, gave the car multiple oil changes and top ups, a new fan belt, new stem valve seals and some other engine part I can't remember! At one point they took the car to Mazda who were useless and said the car needed a new engine! All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Carstore Wales to others. Steve and Pete did their very best to ensure I remained a happy customer and despite all the time and extra cost to them they maintained a friendly, accommodating attitude towards me. I bet Ty the mechanic will be glad that he never has to strip down that engine again!

I bought a Kia Sedona at this garage in Swansea i paid £2350, I have had the car for i year and 1…read moremonth, the first three months were covered by the warranty, the 2nd week i had the car the power steering fluid was leaking, i was told to take it to another garage in pontlliw, my car was left there all day i took it away the car was still leaking fluid. i took it back to Kingsbridge car sales in swansea, they took it to a different garage, the leak stopped, after about a month the leak started again, i took the car back to Kingsbridge again a short term fix happened under the three month warranty, after about 6 months the car was still leaking i took this to an independant garage i had to pay a total of £1000 to fix the steering column to stop the leak, The tyres constantly need renewing at the front despite the tracking being done, harris brothers say that the suspension may have gone? today August 2011, the clutch has now gone? creating more expense, with a young family and no car because of Kingsbridge car sales is appalling, i have e-mailed them but with no reply. i now seek legal advice and take them to the small claims court.
