Walking into the already friendly atmosphere, I am always greeted by the workers everytime I checked in (using the tv looking screen). The wait time is never over 10 minutes! I didnt get braces from them, but was fitted for retainers because I misplaced my other ones about a week earlier. They gave me a "menu" of flavors to pick from for the taste of the mold. I never had my previous dentists give me a choice... Pina Colada! The impressions took around 5 minutes to make. I left around noon and returned later, but in the mean time I went to Blondie's Expresso down the street and picked up a pina colada milk shake! In a nutshell I made an appointment, got my impressions made, and picked my retainers up all in the same day. Such fast and diligent service! When I walked up to the counter to pay, I asked if they could hold my check for a couple days because the money didnt transfer to my account quite yet. They let me take my retainers home and I paid them two days later without a call questioning me or asking when I was going to pay. Im glad they trust their patient's intergrity!

I had recently gotten the wrong tooth pulled by another office here in Anchorage and Dr. Johnson's office have been nothing but supportive throughout. They got me a temporary retainer with two teeth filled in where I was missing until I got my braces put on. All of the staff is just absolutely lovely. I've never been so impressed with so many people working in one place! Lol. They've sent me cards congratulating me on my pregnancy and another just being really supportive and caring. I happily pay my braces bill every month instead of dreading it because I'm definitely getting my money's worth. I just love you guys

Although I am not a patient of theirs (I live in Seattle), I called to see if they might be willing to sell me some wax. They were super helpful and friendly, and told me to come on in. Emily gave me three little containers of wax and didn't charge me a dime! It was instant relief when I put the wax on the wire that was stabbing me and seriously salvaged my whole vacation! Any medical office who is willing to help someone in need, whether it's a patient of theirs or not, gets an A+ in my book. This says a lot about their philosophy of care. Wax is hard to find in drugstores so I am eternally grateful to Dr. DuClos's staff for their kindness.

So much so that I took my other two girls there also for their treatments. My girls look forward to their appointments because the staff is always so kind and really listens to their concerns when they say their appliances are not fitting right. Dr.Priebe also went out of his way to help me figure how to get back on track with my own Invisalign treatment after mine original dentist moved away my retainers were lost. He did this all after hearing everyone else turned me away because they wanted me to restart my treatments from the beginning. Something he found very unnecessary when all I needed was set of new retainer's. Would recommend to all my family and friends who are in need of orthodonture treatment.
