Complete fail on all terms! Purchased a vehicle from them that constantly had problems. Their service department charges 3x more then any other mechanic. Part under warranty needed replaced and they said they couldn't get the part that I found at a location car part store and wouldn't fix with that part under warrant but instead would charge for labor. Since they quoted several months to get the part, they agreed to purchase the car for a set price so we could move on with our lives, and then said because of the problem they already knew, they backed out of the deal once we asked them to sign. We took our vehicle there for servicing, dropped it off on a Sunday & when it was picked up Tuesday, there was a loud knocking sound that definitely wasn't there Sunday when it was dropped off. My husband went back in & said he was leaving it there for them to check out again & asked for a loaner. They called Wednesday and basically told us that they refused to do anything to fix the problem, after they were told the noise was new after they worked on it. They just kept saying "it was within specs." However, after getting multiple other opinions, all of them told us the same thing...it should have never left their shop without being checked into, and it was THEIR problem. They just flat out refused to own up to it. The service department just said kept saying it is under warranty, don't worry about it. This was a brand new vehicle when we purchased it, just a little over a year ago. This is the 2nd problem with them. The first one, we were willing to overlook. We took it up for an oil change & tire rotation. They never rotated the tires. My husband had them marked & when we went to pick it up, they were all still in the same places. Clearly not rotated at all. My husband left them know & they did eventually rotate them, but overall, they are HORRIBLE!!!! I would NEVER purchase a vehicle there, or take ANYTHING there to be serviced. Very untrustworthy & rude customer service. I cannot stress enough that they are awful all the way around!!!! read more

I was shopping for a Cargo Van with certain accessories online across the country for me to convert into an RV - I'm currently in upstate New York. I can across a Ford Transit T-250 at Murray Motors and saw that their pricing was very aggressive, even compared to the mega dealers in Texas and Michigan. With one e-mail and then one phone call, we agreed on a price. There was no haggling, no hard sale and no typical dealer BS - just honest, friendly and fast service. What a relief! I drove 5 hours to get to the dealer and pick up the van and just like on the phone and e-mail, everyone was friendly and there was no hard pressure. I was quite surprised by their own Engine & Tranny warranty they included too. I highly recommend this dealer for people looking for a dealership that is void of double talking salespeople and you like business done the honest way. PS. Their service only got worse. After several heated arguments, they agreed that they would refund the money if our mechanic found metal in the tank. Guess what? It was there! And we also found out that they didn't replace three other parts of the fuel system! But, turns our the owner is away and nobody can reach him on the phone so he can authorize the refund! It went from perhaps a mistake, perhaps poor work to complete fraud and robbery. Charged us for parts they never even put in! Back out our mechanic....entire job has to be redone from scratch! read more

We started our shopping for a new ford truck at Bob McCormick's and never left the lot. They had a great selection of new trucks and the sales staff was very helpful in selecting the one we wanted.
