I MUST be honest , my part was easy , made a phone call , paid for the rentals which was priced reasonable and the tables , chairs , tents , and floor mats were delivered, set up in short notice and the crew were very neat and quick with setup and with pickup the next day . I don't agree with a few pics showing ragged chairs , the tables and chairs were new and solid looking from our experience. Birthday party was fun , my niece was happy , the guest were happy , my cuz was happy and most important, I didn't have to lift a finger as atlas party rentals did it all. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter and would recommend 100 percent .

One of my tables was missing from my order and anthony was to bring it to my Home instead of my rental property in Lodi, and he was so rude and expressed to me how he's never doing business with me again because I could not meet him in saddlebrook. If you are just looking to rent and return a tool in the Hillsdale, Westwood, Emerson area, then Taylor Rental is a good option. I say option, because there is much to be desired when dealing with them. They did open on time, which is good because many equipment rental places do not. Not everyone there is friendly when it comes to communication, but they will help you load and unload heavy items. One reason I lean toward Taylor is that I can rent on Sat and return Monday morning. Oh, I rented a tile saw to cut tiles for our kitchen backsplash. I was able to make all of my cuts with the saw. The saw was very dirty when I picked it up, so I had to spend some time cleaning it prior to use and I ended up giving it back much cleaner than I received so the next customer will be ready to go. I also had to lubricate the slide rails multiple times during use, which I could see as an issue if folks are not informed when renting. I only know because I have done tile quite a few times and learned. Ultimately, I feel like a service based company should offer the full service experience which would include a few key tips for use, or at least asking if the user has experience. I suppose that would just be icing, and thus the 3 stars and a couple to be earned.
