She wears dreads or dreadlocks. .She must work the night shift because both of my 2 encounters were after 6:30 pm. Both times in a Tone of Hate, she says that she doesn't have time for my 2 transactions. With my own eyes she treated the 2 customers in front of me with much hatred and ugly bad attitude. She must have a terrible home life or just plain hates Hispanics and white folks. Now I drive to the Porter Texas location, yes 16 miles north to have a pleasant sales experience and great attitudes up there. They make me feel like they want and appreciate my business. This woman at 6610 FM1960 east needs to go. How many other people does she treat with hatred and ugly attitude.

But maybe because I was able to get fuel there without waiting in a two hour line! I made my business with them inside and payed 40.00 with my DEBIT card, put Gas, and went with my day. 2 days later I have a unusual activity in my account of 76 dollars. I question it & I called chase of course. They told me to go to the shell gas station see if they can credit me back the unauthorized 76 dollars So i go and they told me they couldn't because they have been having activity like that. That people have been getting other people's information from sliding their cards outside. I prove to them I didn't pay outside I payed inside & they said it didn't matter that they will not return the money even if it was in their location.. I am beyond pissed and they will never get business from me. Everyone be careful out there and don't ever pay outside!

The store is always clean and organized, and shopping early makes the overall atmosphere much more relaxed and enjoyable. I also love the food court. The pizza is amazing, and the hot turkey & provolone sandwich is one of my favorites. It's filling, and you really can't beat the price for the portion size. My only complaint is that when Costco gets certain food items that we really love, they don't always bring them back. We bought the honey salmon a few months ago and it had so much flavor! We asked about it and were told they probably wouldn't be getting it back, which was definitely disappointing. Overall, Costco is one of my favorite places to shop. The prices are affordable, the portions are great, and being an Executive Member makes the experience even better!

The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because some foods are in one week and don't return the next. So when going for food items I say get enough to freeze because it might not be there next visit. Also, at the end of your shopping trip you can get a meal for the cheapest prices. I attached a pic of the menu but can you really beat $1.50 for a hot dog?

This location also participates in cheaper gas if you pay with cash or with a Chevron cash/gift card. Sonic is also across the street. Win-win, right?
