While I was only there for an oil change, he did a general inspection under the hood and noticed my air filter was gross. It took just under TWO hours to get one tire. I had an appointment. They also did an inspection. At the end they wanted to charge me $53 for putting on my new tire and road hazard protection on the new tire. They said "the tire is free but not the installation and balancing." What good would a tire do without it put on? Should I have taken it home and made a swing out of it? I'm never going back to this location. SLOW and there's always some computer issue.
