I used my card at the pump, so it wasn't necessary to see an attendant, however, the small convenience store was open. It's conveniently located close to Interstate 40. Prices that summer: Unleaded = $2.60 Plus = $3.00 Premium = $3.40 They sold diesel here - just not at the pump I used. Safe travels.
