I buy all my gas here and have always had a good experience but last Sat. after filling up, my car would not start. The lady cashier suggested thar I see if one of the other customers had 'jumper cables" and get a start. A young man said he had cables and would help. Well!! This kid worked on my car for at least 30 minutes but no luck. I told him to let it go, I would call AAA. I tried to give him $10 but he refused, said he did not need it and that I should give it to someone who needed it. Now this kid did not look at all wealthy but he insisted. Meanwhile, a car had pulled behind my car and was getting upset. That is when your attendent came to the rescue, she got a cone and put it behind my car and then asked if I needed anything like a drink. I said a water and some cookies would be good and she went and gor them. When I went to pay, she said no charge. I insisted but she was firm. Then she loaned me a phone to call AAA and my wife.
She and the guy in the booth were so kind and helpful that I could not get over it. I felt like I was in church with such kind folks.. Please give these folks a pat on the back for me and if there is some kind of award for excellence, see that they get it. read more
