Much prefer these smoothies to cakes or ice cream! They are SO good. My faves are the chocolate frosty & the pb cup. Staff is so friendly here & the shop is so nice, it's large with a massive selection of supplements - a variety of items. They make wellness shots, sell Owyn shakes for on the go etc. Their smoothie list is extensive. We drove out of our way this trip just to come back here. Only thing I would change is for them to have a healthier option aka a range with less sugar, or smoothies sweetened only with natural sugar from fruit that also includes a sugar free/unflavored protein like Sunwarrior Natural or unflavored Naked protein. The response I received here is a sampling of the tense tone and gaslighting you will see in their various responses to any unfavorable reviews. It's worth a look. As for their "response" to my email, no. There have still not been responses to my two emails inquiring why, six days later, the UPS status says "We do not have your package" as noted below in the picture. The only emails I received were of the order being received and processed within an hour or so after ordering, and then a less-than-professional email upset about my 1 star review. Nothing in between. The owners of this business have a lot to learn about how to treat and respond to customers. My experience and their response to me is small potatoes compared to the snide and tactless responses others have received on Google Reviews and here on Yelp. And I paid $10.99 to expedite a sweater I may or may not have the day of the event. The original communication said I would have it yesterday. Now they say Friday. Yikes. Buyer and reviewer beware.

Megatone was good at communicating, came across as thoughtful and wanting to do good work for the customer, and I give Megatone a pat on the back and a "job well done!". I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Professional, prompt, and trustworthy in my book based on my experience. I dealt with Darryl, the owner, and he was friendly and pro to go all the way. If I get to Georgia I'm stopping by for a friendly visit, that's how good an impression he left. Hats off to Megatone for great service and making me feel like I am dealing with a business I can trust and enjoy doing business with. Check them out if you're in the area as they're almost guaranteed to have more than a few useful items you could use, at great prices. I prefer to shop locally whenever possible and will check here first before adding anything to my Amazon cart, as I'd much rather support a local small business rather than a billionaire's bottom line.
