Steve Kelley seemed confident in be able to accomplish this job no problem in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Sounds perfect, right? Wrong. Team Kelly not ONLY did the worst tiling job I've ever seen and completely disregarded any standard practices when tiling. These tiles were crooked, not to mention they did NOT use a waterproof line before tiling, used NO Schluter trim, and they only did about 1/4 of our shower tiles and called it quits. Kelly assured me he'd make it right and refund me for the job which I didn't expect, but appreciated. Kelly NEVER came to see me at the agreed time for a refund... instead caused a whole spew of issues to make it so we were unable to contact him again. We had to pay for the job and wasted materials again, but the bathroom looks amazing now and has been done properly with our new company. Photos to compare Kelley's job with the new proper job. Do NOT hire these scam artists. Highly unprofessional! **Updated for review since Stephen Kelly has added a comment with dishonest information. Stephen: I know you go to wild lengths to avoid taking accountability for your actions, but lying on the name of other people is not needed. After calling you approximately 6 times (remember, I had to present phone records at court for this one sir) you continued to place a total BS restraining order on my partner which contained a huge amount of both lies and SLANDER against my partner and MY business.This is why your order was thrown out without you even getting a chance to speak for yourself in court that day. I know being the owner of such a shabby business is embarrassing, but I will continue to stick up for myself to avoid you having ANY opportunity to screw more people over because you're incompetent. You might as well rename your business under a new DBA because I refuse to back down and let people like you negatively impact the lives of people of who don't deserve that. You should be lucky we didn't come for triple damages against you which we easily could have under NH statutes. His company came as a recommendation from someone who had gone with a cheaper roofing company and then regretted it. Dana got up on my roof, took measurements, and promptly provided an estimate. It took a couple of months to get me on the schedule, but that says something about their reputation if that many people trust them and want them to do the roofing job. They showed up right at 7:30 am on the day they said they would with a posse of trucks! Within minutes, I had 6 guys up on my roof stripping off old shingles. Dana was on the ground organizing the crew and getting things started. He told me he has been roofing his entire life and most of the crew he has has been as well. After an hour or so, he left and the foreman on the job kept things moving smoothly. I went outside and observed them at work several times. They worked hard and fast. I observed teamwork and professionalism. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Crew members were assigned to different jobs: shingling, carrying up shingles, cleaning the ground and carrying away roofing debris, etc. Within a day and a half, my entire roof was done and my yard cleaned. I have a very large roof with 3 different levels, valleys, several skylights, and two chimneys. Knowing the job was done well and is guaranteed gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend them.

Everything that he says in his ad is…read moreexactly what he does, he has the supplies needed for the job there the next day, and starts the work exactly when he says he will. Our deposit check took time to clear, but Brian bought the supplies out of his own pocket so that we wouldn't have to wait to get the job going. He did a roof for us, and he purchased really nice shingles, it looks great. They even did some repair on two of our chimneys and added a pitch to a flat roof we have over the end of the house, for a nominal amount of money. I had researched ways to improve a flat roof and found out that building in a pitch is the best way to do it, but that it was expensive. But as they did for the whole project, they gave us a great deal. We had recently had a tragedy in our family and Brian worked extra hard to help us out, so I would call that being an overall good person, someone you can trust. I would highly recommend him for whatever project who need done !

Other companies I'd met with were more like high-pressure sales pitches with little substance. Their prices were good, and on the lower side of what I had been quoted elsewhere. Their employees were knowledgable and efficient. The whole process took about two days, and boy did they work hard! The crew showed up at 7:00am and worked until 7:00pm the first day. My only criticism is that the crew showed up at 6:30 am the second day, before I even got out of bed -- and it was a bit jarring to wake up to people walking around on my roof. But that being said, the whole process was efficient and transparent, and I will DEFINITELY use them again next time I need a new roof!

We needed lots of advice never having had a metal roof before. Wayne was very knowledgeable. The crew came every day for about 10 days and worked 0730 until 7 at night to get it all done. All work was very professional, and the roofing panels were custom cut on sight. After completion, we discovered a small piece of trim had not been replaced as ordered. The boss, Wayne, came back and inspected it. His crew then came back and replaced that trim to our satisfaction. Not many roofers would have come back! We definitely recommend Advanced Metal Roofing.
