They were mad at me for calling after six hours to check on the status. To add insult to injury, they goofed up the job, a stupid oil change. They screwed the oil filter in wrong and it leaked all over my driveway. This is the kind of place that will shove you off to the side if a more lucrative project happens to drive onto their lot, and then forget all about you. Seems like a nice mom & pop shop, but believe me, they're just your basic redneck scam artists.

The sale and delivery was fine, it was later after I got back to Albuquerque that the problem arise with the finance dept. My loan process was fine, but I got a call from the finance dude requesting that I complete an emissions test. Since the truck was being registered in Albuquerque, an emissions test was required in order to complete the registration. They are not required in Roswell. I did this immediately, then emailed copies of the test, plus the copy of the receipt for $25. I was told I would be reimbursed. I called this guy immediately after emailing these documents to follow up that he did receive them. He affirmed that he had, and I quote, "I will personally walk this receipt upstairs and make sure the check is issued today." It's been 6 weeks today, and I still haven't received the reimbursement. I've been calling and emailing weekly, and again have been assured that he would "check on it." Still no check, zero feedback ever on the status, and my contacts being less friendly each week. I guess I'm to assume that I'm being blown off. Why not? They got their sale. I'm more than happy with my truck. I'm disappointed that I haven't been respected as a customer.

Next morning had it towed to Brake masters, he put oil and also stated there was no oil plug so whoever changed the oil did not tighten the oil plug so it popped off. But the mostly friendly employees picked up the pace very quickly. The fuel pumps were all available except one. Diesel is available - several big rigs were able to get in and out seemingly easily. The women's restroom has lots of stalls. Not always the cleanest & they do not offer towels for hand drying, but I have no major complaints. Don't forget to try the "World Famous Beef & Bean Burrito." With a packet or two of taco sauce. Avoid settling on the chimichanga. It's not good. I like this stop particularly if I don't want to drive through town. There is a shortcut if you're headed towards Tatum or the Texas border via Pine Lodge and Red Bridge Roads.

I sent them the estimate, and before my car even arrived, they had already ordered & received the parts and were ready to get to work. Once my car got there, they completed the entire repair in just four days. After waiting over two months at the previous shop, that level of efficiency was incredible. They even stayed late on the final day to make sure everything was completed so I could pick it up as earlier stated as a possible finish date.
