Not up for debate. *Quality selection of local goods including food, snacks and crafts. *Fried chicken-fresh, delicious and much recommend if you like fried chicken. *A name you will ask how to pronounce, say it once, then promptly forget how to pronounce. Now I just call it the good gas station with the funny name. As far as gas stations go It's the best, the safest, the only one you should go to when you're in the area.

The Civic Stop is an Exxon Gas station/Subway…read more This station is convenient to get fuel or a drink on my way to or from Houma. The station has at least eight pumps and a convenience store. There is also an attached Subway, but I haven't tried it yet. The convenience store is small and loaded with items. It is so full that it is a little difficulty to maneuver at times. They do have the typical convenience store items and prices seem fair. Each time I have come here, the cashiers have been very friendly. In fact, everyone I have encountered in Houma has been that way.

He was asked to leave the store because the clerk didn't like that he asked for detailed quick pick lotto. when I walked in the store she was yelling at my father in law demanding he leave the store. when I asked her what happened she was extremely rude to me when I was only trying to get what had happened. I tried to explain to her that my father in law had special needs and that he does not remember day to day events. she continued to be rude even as I calmly spoke to her. this clerk or manager or whatever she was is the reason I will never patton that store again.
