Outstanding customer service and communication…read more If you've attempted to hire any kind of contractor in the Boise area then you've most likely experienced no return calls, no shows for scheduled appointments, or no follow ups for quotations. It was refreshing to have someone answer the phone and then provide and quotation in a timely manner. Larry had to special order our lights and kept in constant communication with status updates. When the lights arrived, he came out promptly and installed. We also have a very high roof peak that I wanted to skip in order to keep the costs down (this may be the only year that we put lights on this house), but when we had the lights up it just didn't look right. Larry located and extra long latter, additional lights, and then made it happen. We are very happy with Larry and can sense his enthusiasm for doing quality work. Highly recommend him.

We can't express how pleased and happy we were to find TVFP. Jonathan Belnap and Dillan Egbert provide services, above and beyond your normal financial institution such as, free initial consultations, breakdown of their fees upfront on their website, detail oriented review after each meeting, and guiding us along every step of the way with great transparency. You don't feel like "just another client" or "number" they get to know you and you get to know them adding that trusted relationship you don't get with most banks/advisors. In fact, they didn't start with the idea that they would "tell" us how to invest our money, but rather had the conversation of what do we want to see, discussed how they would make our money work for us in more detail, and they even put into action an investment of our request. We can't say enough how well they have managed our money creating yearly buckets, helping us reach our retirement goals and fun goals! We can call or reach out to them anytime with questions and we are comforted that they understand our goals and market timing to keep us stress free financially. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ken Wells State Farm. Throughout an…read moreincredibly stressful and prolonged home restoration process, Hugo, Ken, and the entire team provided unparalleled support, professionalism, and kindness. A special thank you to Hugo, who truly went above and beyond in advocating for me when I felt completely powerless. I was dealing with an extremely difficult State Farm claims adjuster (Tiffany)--who does not work for this local office but is part of the larger State Farm organization--and she caused me significant harm by making decisions that disregarded my well-being, dismissing critical concerns, and creating additional obstacles instead of helping. The stress and frustration she caused me were overwhelming, but Hugo and Ken stepped in to fight for me when I had no voice. Despite having no direct control over the claims process, Hugo worked tirelessly to ensure I wasn't left without options. His advocacy, persistence, and genuine care for my situation made an enormous difference. Ken was also incredibly supportive, offering guidance, answering my questions, and making sure I felt heard. Every time I called, I was met with compassion, understanding, and real effort to help me navigate a difficult situation. Unlike Tiffany, who made things harder, Hugo, Ken, and the entire local State Farm team fought for me. They made sure I got the help I needed when I felt abandoned by the larger claims system. Their integrity, dedication, and personal attention to their clients set the gold standard for customer service. Because of their unwavering support, I will be a lifelong State Farm customer through this local office. If you're looking for an insurance agency that truly cares, this is the one to go to. Thank you again, especially to Hugo and Ken--your efforts did not go unnoticed, and I appreciate everything you did more than I can express!
