I tell them what's going on and they listen and ask necessary questions if there are any and they go to and take care of the problem! I would recommend them for whatever ails your vehicle. They really are nice folks and they know how to take great care of their customers!

I gave them a list of things I needed done also. They started working on those items and called me to let me know they needed to send the steering column away to be rebuilt. I asked about the scan results and was told they couldn't find the scan adapter and couldn't do it. They did tell me they found broken vacuum lines and the truck needed a full tune up except for the rotor and cap. I told them to fix the vacuum lines and finish fixing the ignition problem. After picking up my truck and looking to see what they had done, I found NO new vacuum lines or any repairs done to them. I did replace the plug wires as they were only 2 years old and one of the plug boots was damaged, wonder how that happened. I also found that they didn't lock down the distributor cap. I paid them for what they did do and won't be going back or recommending them. I bought the scan tool, they lost and couldn't do my truck, plus an adapter only cost $20.
