Immediately another customer offered to buy it. The guy at the counter explained they don't allow customer to customer transactions in the store. I went outside to get my phone and the other guy asked for my number... That made the employee/ owner of frogs pawn very angry. The thought was to sell to him so I could buy from frogs. But the guy at frogs told me to leave. I asked if he was sure and he said yes. That's a shame, I've bought all sorts of things there. Tools saddles, you name it. But I won't be back . He had just told me to sell it private party but for merely exchanging info and him acting like a cry baby over it. I'll never do business there again. It's unbelievable. In the cattle world it's a given that buyers and sellers will meet and exchange info, or just buyers like at the express ranch sale... And it's okay because those places have more to offer than merely what they are selling. Sadly Frogs pawn does not.

The work itself looks fine, and I appreciated the effort to right the situation. That said, communication could definitely be clearer so customers know what to expect. I hope they continue improving, because little things like that make a big difference.
