I was notified that my gun was delivered on Monday around noon by the carrier, but when I called Murf's, they told me they couldn't find it but would call me and let me know the next day. I waited till Friday and drove to Murf's when I tried to explain I was there to pick up a gun I ordered online, I was given the cold shoulder, as well as more runaround. Finally, they located my gun shoved under the cash register, and they charged me $40.00 to complete my transaction and pick up my weapon. They claim online that they charge $30.00, but dishonesty often breeds within a family. I would like them to lose their FFL license, as they have consistently skirted the rules that accompany that privilege. Plus, their arrogant attitude they wielded like a sword.

Immediately another customer offered to buy it. The guy at the counter explained they don't allow customer to customer transactions in the store. I went outside to get my phone and the other guy asked for my number... That made the employee/ owner of frogs pawn very angry. The thought was to sell to him so I could buy from frogs. But the guy at frogs told me to leave. I asked if he was sure and he said yes. That's a shame, I've bought all sorts of things there. Tools saddles, you name it. But I won't be back . He had just told me to sell it private party but for merely exchanging info and him acting like a cry baby over it. I'll never do business there again. It's unbelievable. In the cattle world it's a given that buyers and sellers will meet and exchange info, or just buyers like at the express ranch sale... I got the washer delivered, which could VERY WELL have been the reason the washer broke, since they didn't put shipping bolts into the back of the washer to ensure no damage to the barrel and washer itself during transport.. I have been out a washer over a week waiting for a stupid shock absorber so I can replace it, and HOPE it fixes the issues I am having. The dumb POS won't fill with water, and made an ugly banging and clicking noise when the drum turned... ended up doing a bunch of looking into it online. Decided opening the back of the washer a few days after I got it was the best idea.. just to see the rear shock absorber is completed broken and not even attached.. completely broken in half. There's a reason there is no return policy. They DO NOT ACTUALLY FULLY MAKE SURE AND CHECK THE APPLIANCE!!! THEY ARE LIARS! They also DO NOT CARE AT ALL, and are RUDE AS HELL!
