We were given a nice selection of handguns to rent and went with the Glock 48. It was a little too big for me but great for my partner! Clay, our guide was AMAZING! Knowing it was my partners first time, Clay was able to give a quick lesson and some great tips. He actively engaged with us and waited to see how the first couple of shots were. Needless to say, my partner was a natural with the help of Clay! Overall wonderful customer service, clean facility, all staff was welcoming, and we had FUN! Unfortunately that doesn't matter when you get treated like garbage. I was looking to upgrade and the man behind the desk told me I would get more money for mine by selling private party. Immediately another customer offered to buy it. The guy at the counter explained they don't allow customer to customer transactions in the store. I went outside to get my phone and the other guy asked for my number... That made the employee/ owner of frogs pawn very angry. The thought was to sell to him so I could buy from frogs. But the guy at frogs told me to leave. I asked if he was sure and he said yes. That's a shame, I've bought all sorts of things there. Tools saddles, you name it. But I won't be back . He had just told me to sell it private party but for merely exchanging info and him acting like a cry baby over it. I'll never do business there again. It's unbelievable. In the cattle world it's a given that buyers and sellers will meet and exchange info, or just buyers like at the express ranch sale... And it's okay because those places have more to offer than merely what they are selling. Sadly Frogs pawn does not.

Well this month I not only made my monthly payment but then this past week I paid off my card in full. At least that's what I thought, oh No Academy hit me with a $18.80 finance charge and trying to say I paid after the due date. I told them to look again because I paid it at the beginning of the month. Then they were oh well that's their annual finance charge that they charge you. On what my card is paid off, well I won't be using that card ever again and I'll be going else where to buy all of my guns and ammo, like Atwoods!
