On a more personal note, Shaun is the above-and-beyond type of person to take the absolute best shots possible. I am so glad I found Jerry! When I foundJerry I was nervous to see that he's based in San Diego, as our wedding was in Orange county! Jerry made the trip up from SD to film our wedding no problem without any extra charge in travel! Now that sealed the deal for me right away. Jerry was great with responding to emails promptly. Not just to me but also to my coordinator. I don't think I ever waited longer than a day to hear back from him. That to me is one of the strongest point of being a wedding vendor. He was super reliable. Come the week of the wedding, I realized I had forgotten that Jerry needed a permit to shoot at our first look location. In panic mode I emailed Jerry right away and he was on it! He updated me every step of the way and even called the city office to confirm that his application was bring processed and that he would get the permit on time. Mind you, doing all of this from San Diego! Jerry arrived on time on the wedding day which I truly appreciated considering he had a two hour drive. He shot our wedding video beautifully and respectfully without getting in the way of our photographers. He worked well with everyone! When it came down to editing our highlight video, Jerry was so so so patient. He made multiple edits for us and came through with every request just to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. We love our highlight video and so does all of our friends and family. Jerry delivered in every way. There was not a request that he couldn't meet. Luckily, after tons of research we found Jerry and he was available for all three days. Jerry was very attentive during the months leading up to the wedding by e-mailing back quickly and answering our every question. When our wedding weekend came, he was super professional and arrived early every day. After the wedding, there was a bit of lag until we received the videos; however, I don't think this is something that we laid out in our contract so if anything it was our fault. When we received the videos, they were amazing! Jerry was very accommodating during the whole process. We had a few edits due to personal preferences and Jerry made sure that all of our requests were carried out perfectly. We were sent an email ahead of time with instructions on when to show up, etc, and some ground rules. We had a great time cheering Eddie & the gang on for the show!
