After attending a consultation to treat pain in my lower back and shoulder, I was told, in no…read moreuncertain terms, that they would have me pain free in 9-12 months and started me off with a program. Over the course of the following two and a half years, my pain persisted and at certain times got much worse. I missed days of work and was even bed-bound for a week at one point. The only reason I kept going back was because I was desperate to find relief and they kept promising me that they would find a solution. After paying roughly €3000 and dedication a lot of my time to attending there, I finally called it quits. Soon after, I developed my own stretching regime which has solved the issues I was having. When I contacted Doctor Nicola to meet with me to discuss a refund and where their treatment went wrong, she refused to meet me and claimed that they never promised that they would have me pain free. The member of staff who made this promise had left the business, which was a very common theme while I was attending there. I lost count of the number of Chiropractic that would treat me one week and be gone shortly afterwards. I understand that what they do here is not the solution to everyone's pain, but they should have recognised this much earlier, rather than continuing to take my money and administer the incorrect form of treatment, ultimately leading to further pain. I followed all the exercising they prescribed to me and even changed my career on their advise. I now know that may have been unnecessary. My case is not in isolation, as I have spoken to friends and family member who have had similar experiences.

My time is obviously worthless to this guy, but because I missed an appointment with him he is refusing to give me my medical information held by the clinic to submit to the Dissability Board. Id avoid this clinic, the guy is so full of himself that he really isnt interested in his patients. People like him give Physio's a bad name, even the people in the CUH hospital told me to keep away from him.

My first child was born at 28 weeks weighing only 980 grammes. We are both very lucky to be alive and if it was not for the excellant care and attention which we received from Dr. Waterstone, we would not be here today. My second pregnancy was very high risk, and I received the highest quality of care and attention from Dr. Waterstone. He could not have been nicer or more attentive to me. He may not be big into chitchat but that is not what we attend our consultants for. He is kind and polite at all times. I have recommended Dr. Waterstone to several of my friends and I have not heard any complaints from them. In fact on one of my stays in hospital, the ladies in the room with me, who were attending different consultants were more than impressed with the attention and care I was receiving. I couldn't praise him enough, or be more grateful to him.

It's a real shame that they have to work under such awful conditions but they do it cheerfully and without complaint. The care you receive here is second to none and it's a crime that the HSE aren't giving it the funding it needs and deserves. My son received the top class care here that the so-called centre of excellence at CUH couldn't provide.

I called the day before and made an appointment, and was taken to the upstairs eye clinic area and seen quite quickly when I arrived, only about 10 minutes' wait. The staff and technicians were all friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. I wasn't in town long enough to take advantage of the amazing deals they had on glasses and contacts, but would have done so if I'd had a few more days. They had an impressive array of frames in every price range, and I saw several I wanted. When I go back, I'll hit SpecSavers at the beginning of my trip, instead of at the end!

She managed to find a spare pair of glasses in the back room and I was able to get my old frames put into a new pair. Trina, the manager, was so kind and understanding, too. We stayed here a 5 nights because we liked it so much and managed to explore the area including Cork, Killarney, Kinsale and Cobh. Blarney village is a lovely place. You have to go visit the castle and kiss the Blarney stone! There's several shops, a woollen mill outlet and pubs of course! The campsite has a golf course that families can use, clean showers (though my fiancee didn't like the moths!) and a well-stocked camp shop. There are washing machines/dryers and ironing facilties. There was a TV room and a kitchen area. There were more caravans than tents but there is a allocated camping area. We had good weather when we stayed here which helped but I would recommend it to anyone touring with a tent or caravan.

Great position would reccommend.
