Coho salmon, alligator, rainbow trout, grouper, red snapper, catfish --the list goes on. And it's FRESH! Way fresher than at the grocery store. They have frozen or fresh, and they'll even flash freeze something if you need to be on the road for a bit. Plus, they offer seasonings or prepared frozen items like blue crab ravioli or a seafood stuffed chicken. I adore their seafood gumbo, already cooked...just defrost and you'll think you were Oceanside ! If you want seafood for lunch, don't miss this! Open 3-4 days per week (only downside), and you can get tasty po'boys, but my family's favorites are always the fish baskets - grilled and blackened or fried or the royal red shrimp (chef's kiss) are so flavorful and not over cooked. No need for Tatar sauce Or cocktail sauce. I call ahead and they have it ready in 10-15 minutes. There are two picnic tables to eat outside and a couple inside.
