I was in search of a breakfast/brunch option when I happened to spot their truck and decided to give them a try. They offer both sweet and savory crepes. They had a few savory offerings including the Caramelized Bacon Crepe which was perfect for my brunch craving. It had brown sugar bacon, spinach, mozzarella, and scrambled eggs. They gave me a pager after ordering. I started to walk around the festival thinking it would be a long wait, but it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes at most when the pager went off. The crepe was so good! The crepe itself was soft with crispy edges. The bacon was sweet, salty, smoky, and savory which I absolutely loved! It was so delicious and filling and held me over for most of the day. In addition to crepes, they sell cookie butter beignets as well as tea and lemonade. I'm kind of bummed I didn't try one of their beignets (the photos on IG look divine)! What a great discovery! If I have the opportunity to visit Little Rock again, I'll seek them out so I can try one of the beignets!

The roll was soft yet sturdy to hold the meat, lettuce and mayo. It was worth the $11.94. I plan on trying most of her menu in the future. Her red sauce is spicy and packs a punch so if you have a low heat tolerance taste it before you add it to your food. I added maybe 3 teaspoons to my torta which enhanced the already delicious flavor. It's just her inside the food truck so it's best to call and then pick up your order. She charges $1 if you use a credit/debit card.
