After being in hold for 10 minutes, being passed around from nurses to repeat myself then had to hang up because they couldn't transfer me back to reception. Best part? When I arrived they didn't take my insurance (even after asking me over the phone what insurance I had). Bottom line, I took the day off work to see a doctor and that never happened. My kids see Dr. Pachon here who we love which is the reason for the two stars. Other than that - the reception staff is incompetent and made making a quick appointment so complicated and annoying.

Dr. Oswald and her nurse were condescending during multiple contacts and told me that I was inventing her symptoms and refused to discuss treatment options. Dr. Oswald was often rushed and didn't have time to finish appointments and prescribed me a medication that I did not need while rushing out the door. She also prescribed a medication for my daughter that was not the FDA approved medication for the medical issue that she was experiencing.

The office is in the Town Square outdoor mall located upstairs from Egg'lectic Cafe. I was so cranky on my first search for that location. But, since then, I haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes, for any appointment. No one likes to be late for work due to a long waiting room experience. I have "fired" doctors before for making me wait. Back to the services... I was 54 and had never had any cosmetic work done, so I was nervous. My primary care physician recommended Dr. Herrmann based on personal knowledge. My first appointment was an evaluation in which I was clear, "Don't make me look like I have on a mask; just make the wrinkles a little softer." Dr. Herrmann listened and advised. I returned for a few injections (filler and botox) to correct my hatred of excessive upper lip lines and deep frown lines between the eyes (he injected a little numbing agent first). The doctor also treated for a downturned mouth and thinning lips. The follow-up appointment was a little more botox between the eyes and over upper lip. Since then, I had one 5-month visit for botox. I added a before/after pic, because I wanted pics when I was so afraid of injections. And, I am not ashamed of getting real about aging. I find Dr. Herrmann and his staff to be good listeners, professional in their approach, friendly, and excellent communicators. Bridget has had to treat my foot 4 times (or 5). She is punctual, friendly, helpful, tries to be painless, informative, and pleasant. I look forward to her smiling face and direct approach to treatment.

I've asked multiple times to be contacted by someone, it never happens. I'm not listing my specific service breakdowns here as this is already long. I do wonder what I'm worth in terms of lifetime revenue and profit to Duly? Surely they have this kind of data. It can't be a small amount. Sadly, Duly acts as if they have no competition or maybe they just don't care enough to have their leadership start with the customer/patient in mind. Duly Health and "Care". They should remove the last word from their name because they either don't want to, or simply can't live up to the definition of that word. Too many overlooks for requests, messages, and if you get a response it is inadequate and lacking. I thought it was humorous, but also hit a chord with my beliefs to find "nontraditional" ways to treat illness. It summarized the book, which was about treating the thyroid in an unconventional way -with natural supplements and herbs instead of drugs so commonly used. On the back, it showcased Dr. Fred Schultz, M.D, who practices an integrative approach to healing -using "traditional" methods as well as herbal supplementation, nutritional recommendations and a "healthy living" approach. He has successfully treated a variety of patients with multiple sclerosis, cancer and chronic fatigue syndrome to name a few. I took the flyer off the wall and kept it for reference, planning one day to visit. As I continued on my mission to heal myself from several serious issues, I found it was the right time to pay a visit. Even though Dr. Schultz is booked 3 months out, I was put on the waiting list and got a call a few days later. It was fate! It was a 6pm appointment so I would be able to go after work. He is located in Wheaton in a very nice professional building, right off Roosevelt Rd. My appointment was approximately an hour and a half! Dr. Schultz spent the time necessary with me to go over all my records and discuss, in detail, what my symptoms were. We put together a plan and I will go for a follow up in several weeks. What I liked most is that his approach is to find the root cause of why I'm having so many issues. It is easy to say, "You have 'xyz', here are some drugs." He actually pointed out things in my records that no one had addressed. I was actually embarrassed I had not seen those red flags myself. I learned it is important to be an advocate for your own health and READ your own records! I am very grateful for the experience and am excited to update this review with good news to a speedy recovery!

Her family had taken her all over the Chicagoland area...the next step would have been Mayo Clinic. No one was able to diagnose her correctly much less treat her and to the point of complete recovery. She was fourteen then and this May of 2017 she graduates from college. After that, he straightened out her thyroid problems. Since then, both her mother and I have been treated for Lyme disease and thyroid issues. Her mother also has other issues having to do with sclerotic inner tissues. He's the best and so are his staff. In my case, I travel a considerable distance for his services. Now my GP asks me when he wants me to run something by Dr. Schultz.... not because my GP is incompetent, but because he, too, has come to have great respect for the diagnostic skills of Dr. Schultz.
