From the initial quote to all further communication, they were quick and professional and Ellen, the service rep, was super easy to work with. 2) Quick Work - They were crazy quick to get the job done. Contract was for cost of the antenna. When the $1,000 charge was questioned, Manager J. Watson stated "[accounting] used a placeholder price and didn't update it like they should." Company later refused to update to reflect the cost. Contract was honored and we offered to pay for the cost. Instead, Signs Mfg/ Watson sent a bucket truck crew, in the night, trespassed, and then committed larceny, if not theft, to steal $43 antenna. Almost funny, really but rather pathetic. This was a very simple 5 ft piece of neon that was broken and this amount was after telling us we saved $400.00 by providing the measurements for the piece needed. SERIOUSLY???? They charged us $245.00 an hour for 2.5 hours to clip one 5 ft piece back into the sign and hook it up to the transformer. Absolutely no way that repair took 2.5 hours. The cost of the neon piece was $125.00 and $612.00 was labor!! That is ridiculous!
