The 3 months prior to my first Athletico visit (when the injury occurred), I had very limited shoulder mobility and extreme discomfort/pain. Over the 3 months prior to physical therapy I also had very little, if any, progress. Surgery was looking like it was going to be a very likely possibility. I finally decided to start physical therapy and with each weekly visit, I had less pain, greater range of motion, and more strength. Jason not only performed various PT techniques, but also provided me with a unique workout plan for days that i wasn't at PT. As of yesterday, after approximately 10 weeks of PT, I was discharged with a full recovery. I went from not being able to go a minute without having discomfort, to now having virtually no discomfort at all. I am once again able to perform all of the activities that i did before my injury. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Aside from the recovery aspect of my experience at Athletico Chesterfield, the staff was always very friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule a few appointments with short notice and it was never a problem. The operation ran smoothly and there was never any waiting. The facility is brand new, clean, and has a wide range of equipment and machines. Overall, I would highly recommend Athletico Chesterfield to anyone in need of PT.

It wasn't always easy, but after completion, I was very happy with the outcome. I now have my home exercises that they gave me and with continued shoulder workouts, I am able to maintain and strengthen the shoulder, arm and neck. If I would need any type of physical therapy in the future, I would definitely come back because all of the therapists are top notch, friendly and of course knowledgeable and professional.
