I Hate that I have to leave this review but I have to , this place is not all what it is cracked up to be , Tori was amazing so was Nick therapist and the Anna front desk gal , but the owner Anthony wow , I am sorry very arrogant young man , I was doing fine when I started coming here and starting feeling so much better , I was even able after my back injury to get on the Elliptical , and was doing better until one day I got Anthony to work on me , and that was the end of it all , I told him I had a little pain still in my sacrum and that it was going out a lot , and he started doing this innovative technique , and tweaking Manipulations , that was what he thought would work for me , and I told him it did not and it was hurting , I asked if this was right for me , He was also Telling Tori as she was watching all of this "that sometimes you just need to try something else and tweak things to see if they work. Well Anthony your tweaking cost me a lot, I am now worse then I was when I came in to see you , spent more money on dr's and shots to numb the pain so I can walk and get through the day , all because you had to tweak something , you just could not have left it alone could you , I was doing so well till you came up with your Innovative tweaks and new ideas ,and to make it even worse I called the next day crying and he made me come in and told me he would fix it , well he did not fix it , instead he charged me for it and made it into a session , when you should have just Tweaked that back in place , wow , I will say , very upset with it all , the only good thing about this place is the place is clean , nice staff , but all the talk in the world does not make up for what you did and I am sure are still doing , fancy words and fancy moves are not for everyone , and in my case it was not , and no need to have been rude and Arrogant , when I told you I was not coming back , and you should have discharged me instead of dropping me and I never hear from you instead I get a bill that tells me I am 30 days late on payment when I never even knew I had a balance , so because you dropped me , I do not get a bill or call to say I have a balance instead you send it to HQ and have them send a 30 days notice wow , really , He messed me up on 3-7 and made me come back in the next day telling me that he would help me and fix it to where I would not be ok " that his name is not on the door for no reason " that people walk out feeling better not worse and yadda yadda , and went in on 3-8 and he charges me for a full session , when he asked me to come in to get it fixed instead he charges me omg really . so honest people with so many places out there I would say try going to another place that is not so fancy , first because if you say or do anything wrong they are not nice anymore even thought it was your FAULT I CANNOT MOVE AGAIN update was called on this review by owner we spoke for 1/2 hour he tried to make me feel better , and before we get off of the phone , he asked me " well I hope you feel better now after we spoke and I answered our questions and hope you feel better and by the way the REVIEW " OMG had you not said anything I would have changed it but when you asked me , then I knew you called me for this reason , and right after I leave one , wow now you have 2 great ones , come on people this is not how you run a business really how disappointed read more

Health Quest . This location and it's total staff has giving me a chance to heal and achieve faster and farther, than all therapy places I have been in my life. With in a very short time with all the health issues I have, is by far the most creative and understanding people that have been in this field. For 25 years I could hardly turn my head from side to side. I can now do this My torn rotator cuff is healing and my range is improving daily . My pain level was 3 to 10 depends on location of range No more pain pills and no more muscle relaxers just over Tylenol if needed. They changed my routine with every problem that came to be I have walked in there so tore up and walked out with the feeling of hope. Shout out to the team at Health Quest on Romeo Plank in Macomb. Anthony and the entire team have done an incredible job working with me on my physical therapy for my back. Everyone on the staff is very knowledgeable about the exercises and treatment required for all the ailments that one may have. They work with you at your own level of physical ability, which has made my experience very rewarding for me. I can honestly say that they have helped me immensely with my therapy, and I feel that I'm on the path to a much more improved lifestyle with a lot less or no pain at all. I love this facility! This is my second time coming here and I give them my highest recommendation. This time is post rotator cuff tear surgery and I promise I would not be where I am now without the support of this team. I have almost all motion back in my shoulder and have gotten stronger in the process. Therapy is tough but so worth the effort and you can definitely trust Adam, Anthony and Sarah to get you results! i came to healthquest after tearing the labrum in my shoulder and needing surgery to repair it. immediately after having my first session with tori, i knew i was in the right place. she really dedicated her time and attention to making sure i got back to where my body was pre-injury. she knew how to push me hard enough to continue rehabbing correctly while not over pushing me. everyone at the facility from the trainers, to the assistants, to the receptionists all work very hard to give their patients the best care they can find. everyone on the staff is kind and warm-hearted; if you are looking for a place for your rehab there is no doubt that healthquest macomb is the best place to be. thank you all so much for your care!! :) read more

I highly recommend HealthQuest Macomb West. The entire staff is exceptional...professional, friendly, knowledgeable and great listeners. I came in with very limited range of motion in my shoulder and was looking to avoid surgery. Yesterday, I finished my therapy with near normal range of motion and able to get back to my day to day routines with at home exercises to maintain my current status.
