She was SO Wonderful with her Huge Empathic Heart towards me. I was called early the next morning only to hear he was too Sick and his Organs had been shutting down for a while due to the Negligence of his Vet he'd seen for 3 yrs!! She overdosed him on Prednisone a dangerously strong Steroid!! She gave him Pancreatitis the second day he was on way too high of amount PREDNISONE! I Trusted her! All she kept doing were blood tests! She missed an Infection he had on the first blood test. For two yrs I kept taking him in for Strange weight gain and he couldn't even climb his stairs anymore to get on the bed. I told he was acting Strange and walking Funny. He had mushy feeling shoulders. She told me he had Fat Packs?? Huh? He had Cushing's Disease!! I'm not the only one that had a dog DIE UNDER THEIR CARE! I Wish I had taken Finn to Wolf run Veterinary Hospital from the beginning! Finn was Never Sick so just shots. Loyalsock Veterinary Hospital is Cheaper than other Bets and closer. Their CHEAPER TO PULL YOU IN! Then they Kill your pets because All the Vets there are HORRIBLE!! Dr Pardoe not only Killed Finn she destroyed my Mental Health Stability and I'm still Suffering! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WOLF RUN VETERINARY HOSPITAL WHERE YOU AND YOUR PET ARE TREATED WITH HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE VETERINARIAN's!! Spend that Extra Couple of Dollars to see Vets that could save your Furbabies lives! Everything Finn had was Treatable and he could've Survived with the Proper Care! I Highly Recommend Wolf Run to everyone I talk to Especially through my Service Dog Work and even My Online Poodle Groups! Thank you for trying to save Finn's Life! I had him Cremated and even as hard as that was I was treated with such Empathy! His Cremation wooden Box is SO Beautiful! I was Pleasantly Surprised at the Beautiful Bag it came in along with his Foot Print, Sympathy Card and even a Memorial Booklet with a Hotline if you needed to talk about your pets passing.

Honestly the vet was good and communicative but I'm giving a strongly worded negative review…read morebecause they charged us $200 for an EKG- this is an absolutely absurd price to charge. If you google it, an EKG for a dog should be no more than $65, and I have never even seen a cash pay price for a HUMAN EKG as high as $200 (I work in healthcare). I am so upset by how overpriced this is that we are immediately transferring our dog elsewhere - I called and complained to them about the bill and I will tell anyone I know with a dog to not go here, and instead to shop around for a more reasonably priced vet- seriously absurd pricing has lost my trust in them as a business. Will not be using them for any further workup of the dog, however! Just because the vet is nice that's no reason to upcharge by 300% for a fairly basic service. Jeeze! BEWARE.

Maybe they're just to busy with their new business but I was expecting so much more. The staff are…read morewonderful. However, I feel the doctors could have done better. With a very sick dog diagnosed with CHF you would think that they would want to follow up with him and check in to see how he's doing. I would get a phone call the day after we saw him at the vet and then nothing until I ran into an issue. No follow up appointments scheduled, nothing. My other dog who had surgery they apparently did not think was necessary to see him after his surgery even though I called in with concerns of a non-healing wound. I was given an antibiotic without any proof that there was an infection going on. I work in the medical field. I know what infection looks like. Overall, I really just feel that both of my dogs' medical care could have been managed better.

What an awful place. I was traveling through with a very sick dog and popped in here. The second…read moreday opened at 7:30 and they just straight up said no will do absolutely nothing for your dog. They weren't willing to ask a vet tech a question or help in any way shape or form. Absolutely not the type of Response you would expect from a professional veterinary hospital. I know five people in the area that bring their dogs to this facility so they suggested I come here as well... I have since spoken to those five people and explained to them exactly what happened and they will now be removing their pets from this facility and going somewhere else that actually cares about the animals. What a shame.

For those who don't want to read a bunch, the sum up of this place is not all the vets there are…read morewilling to perform simple duties during a visit while others exceed so. Dr Creasy, Dr Kielbasa and Dr Todd Brooks are the best there. I would steer clear of Dr Danielle Lehman. The deep dive for those that will read: Took my cat in for an emergency after noticing a bloody paw and swollen leg. I initially could not see two of his nails due to swelling and the blood clotting. I stated he may have ripped the nails and possibly more. That was pretty much shut down right away with the vet stating its more likely an abscess or cancer tumor considering he had his front leg amputated because of cancer. If it were to turn out to be cancer I would need to think about his quality of life. They took him back to do what I thought would be cleaning the area and x-rays like I requested. The x-rays were done but no cleaning of the wound only a "soak" was performed which removed none of the dried clotting. I was shown the images, and no cancerous formations could be seen in the chest or foot in question. The Vet said it appeared he had "damage" to two of the toe bones and could be due to cancer, (Confirmed false by different vet). She also stated he was missing two of his nails. He was given an antibiotic shot there and pain meds to go home (no pain meds at the visit), with a follow up in a week. After getting him home and letting him settle for a bit I decided to clean the wound up. The appointment was 7/31/24 and today is 8/2/24. I successfully got his paw shaved, cleaned completely out and discovered he has both nails and no tumorous lumps. It appears it was an abscess upon actually seeing the wound. Had the vet taken the time to actually clean the wound I wouldn't have been sent home with no explanation or idea what was wrong. I had taken my other cat to them for two abscesses in the past and Dr Kielbasa did an amazing job getting the wound cleaned and ointment to go home with. I have used them in the past for all my emergencies and anything I've needed including his teeth removal and aforementioned leg amputation. After this appointment it has showed me not all the vets there are worth seeing. To talk to a pet parent about quality of life without knowing what's wrong when they would have, if they just took the time to actually do their job. I will be cancelling his follow up with them and if I make any future appointments my animals will only be seeing Dr Creasy, Dr Kielbasa or Dr Todd Brooks.
